Currently leading the Product Marketing division at one of India’s most advanced cable manufacturing companies, he has played a pivotal role in shaping product designs, driving technical awareness, and aligning innovations with evolving market needs.

Starting his journey as a Maintenance Engineer, Naitik has grown through the ranks with hands-on exposure to R&D, Manufacturing and customer interface. His deep understanding of wires and cables across residential, industrial, and infrastructure segments gives him a holistic view of the industry. His technical depth is backed by real-world engagement—having delivered 14,000+ man-hours of training to professionals, consultants, and electricians across the country, and inspired over 6,500 students at 90+ institutions.

He is an electrical engineer by education and a passionate advocate for fire safety, digital infrastructure, smart automation, and application-specific cable solutions that support evolving technological ecosystems.
